Who runs Plot Watch, what it does, and what it does not do.

The company

S360 Earth Private Limited is a private limited company based in Hyderabad, Telangana. It builds software for responsible supply chains in forestry, agriculture and aquaculture, under the S360.earth name. More about its work is at s360.earth.

Plot Watch

S360 Plot Watch is the company’s satellite plot-screening tool. You upload or draw land-plot boundaries and choose two dates. Plot Watch compares Copernicus Sentinel-2 imagery for those dates and flags plots where vegetation appears to have changed, with a change map, PDF reports and data exports.

It is meant to help organisations decide which plots need a closer look, for example during due diligence for the EU Deforestation Regulation or preparation for forest-certification audits.

What Plot Watch is not

S360 is not a certification body, an auditor or a competent authority. Plot Watch results are a screening aid: they are not a finding of deforestation and not a statement that anything complies with EUDR, FSC, PEFC or any other standard or law. Those decisions rest with independent certification bodies and competent authorities. See section 9 of our terms.
