S360 Plot Watch is delivered entirely online. This page explains when credits, checks and reports reach you.
What you buy
S360 Plot Watch is an online service. You buy prepaid credits, which you then use to run satellite screening checks on land plots. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no delivery charges.
When credits are delivered
- Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. This normally takes a few moments.
- You can see your credit balance on the Account page. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you and is also available on the Account page.
- If your payment succeeded but credits have not appeared within [30 minutes], write to hi@s360.earth with your Razorpay order or payment ID and we will sort it out. See our refunds policy for failed or duplicate payments.
How checks and reports are delivered
- Checks run in the app when you start them. How long a check takes depends mainly on how many plots it covers and how quickly imagery can be retrieved.
- Results, change maps, PDF reports and ZIP and CSV exports are delivered in the app, where you can view and download them.
- If no clear image is found for your dates, the free check or credits used are returned automatically.
Where the service is available
The service is available online wherever you can reach sat.s360.earth. Prices are charged in Indian rupees (see pricing), and payments are taken through Razorpay by the methods it offers at checkout.
