Plot Watch has a monthly free allowance and prepaid credit packs. There is no subscription.
Free checks
- Two free checks per calendar month, each on plots of up to 100 hectares.
- The second free check needs a verified WhatsApp number.
- Unused free checks do not carry over to the next month.

GST at 18% is added to the price excluding GST: CGST 9% and SGST 9% for buyers in Telangana, and IGST 18% elsewhere. The total you pay is shown before you confirm.
How credits are used
- A check uses one credit for each started 100 hectares of plot area. A plot of 100 hectares or less uses one credit; a plot of 140 hectares uses two. The number of credits is shown before you confirm a check.
- Plots over 5,000 hectares are priced on quote. Write to hi@s360.earth.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- If a check cannot find a clear image for the dates you chose, the free check or credits it used are returned automatically.
Payment and invoices
- Payment is taken through Razorpay by UPI, cards or netbanking.
- Credits are added as soon as payment is confirmed (see service delivery).
- A GST tax invoice from S360 Earth Private Limited (GSTIN 36ABUCS6489F1ZG) is emailed to you and is available on the Account page.
- Refunds are covered by our refunds and cancellation policy.
